Delivery Times

The delivery times for the item you are interested in are always shown alongside the item in question. You can see at a glance when you can expect delivery.

Items available immediately (from stock) are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days (Monday - Friday) using our logistics partner DHL.

Bespoke items (items from the Mattes configurator) have a production time of around 3 - 4 weeks and will be dispatched using our logistics partner DHL on completion.

Please note:
We will only dispatch your order when it is all complete. This means that for orders containing both items from stock and items from the configurator, the final delivery time will depend on the item with the longest lead time. If you would prefer not to wait, please split your order and submit two separate orders.

Shipping Provider

We dispatch products using our logistics partner DHL. The time in transit is usually around 2 to 3 working days.

In certain cases, we may also ship products using DPD.

Please note:
Deliveries may take one working day longer if there is a Sunday or public holiday between the order and delivery dates.

Alternate Delivery Address

Items can be delivered to an alternate address if required. Simply enter a different address on the “Delivery and Payment” page. Delivery is currently only available to Germany and selected EU countries.

Payment

Payment by SEPA transfer

Payment by SEPA transfer is only possible from a giro account held at a bank based in Germany. When you pay by SEPA transfer, your account is charged directly when you place the order. If you wish to pay by SEPA transfer, you must enter your IBAN, BIC and account holder details.

Where can I find my IBAN and BIC?
Instead of the usual account number and sort code, use your IBAN in future. This is easy to identify; for German accounts, it consists of your 10-digit account number and 8-digit sort code, together with the country code DE for Germany and two check digits.

To pay by direct transfer, select “Debit” as the payment type when you place your order; after you click on “Order and pay” you will be redirected to PayPal.

This is a PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account.

Payment by Credit Card

We accept payments by Mastercard and Visa.

To pay by credit card, select “Credit Card” as the payment type when you place your order; after you click on “Order and pay” you will be redirected to PayPal. Select your card type and enter your credit card number, check digit and expiry date.

Credit card payments are also protected by requesting the card security code. This 3-digit number is found on the back of the credit card and is used to confirm your identity and avoid misuse of your card.

Payment by PayPal

PayPal enables you to pay easily and safely without the need for cash. Simply set up a PayPal account by adding your bank or credit card details and you won’t have to re-enter them each time you make a purchase. You can then pay by entering your email address and a password, and you will receive a payment confirmation by email. After you click on “Order and pay” you will be redirected to PayPal.

Advance Payment

Your order confirmation email will show the total cost of your order and our account number. Once the full amount has been received in our account, your goods will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability. If we have not received payment within 12 days of your order, your order will be automatically cancelled at no cost to you. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque. – Our bank details are as follows:
