How long does delivery take?
Configured MATTES products are made individually. The current production time is shown directly on the product page.
Can I have my saddle pad embroidered?
Yes. Many products can be finished with individual embroidery. The available options are shown directly in the respective configurator. Customer logos are also possible; please contact customer service for this.
Which colours are available?
Depending on the product, more than 30 quilted fabric colours and more than 30 lambskin colours are available. In addition, numerous cords, bindings and further options can be combined.
What is the CORRECTION® System?
The CORRECTION® System allows the saddle position to be adjusted individually using inserts and supports optimal pressure distribution.
What does SPINEFREE® mean?
SPINEFREE® provides maximum wither clearance and optimal pressure distribution for greater comfort for the horse.
Can I configure a product without lambskin?
Yes. Many products are available both with and without lambskin. The available variants are shown directly in the respective configurator.
Can I freely combine colours?
Yes. Depending on the product, quilted fabric, lambskin, cords and other elements can be individually combined.
